If you reach voicemail, please leave a message as I do not answer calls during client visits. However, I do check calls before and after each visit and can call back at a time that is convenient for you.

This is the opportunity for your pets to meet me and to make sure that we're a good fit. We will discuss your pet's needs, preferences, supplies and daily routines.

It would be helpful to have the following:
Copy of key(s)
Vet contact information & medical information
Local emergency contact information

During the initial consult, we will review the Service Agreement and answer any questions that you may have. If you would like to review the Service Agreement prior to this meeting, please email to request a copy.

Keys can be retained by Jen's Pet Sitting, LLC for future visits. Keys will not be marked with your name or distinguishing information and will be placed in a secured location.

Key return requiring an additional trip will be charged at $10.00 per occurrence.
